EMC aided in the administration, risk assessment, feasibility analysis and facilitation of over 320 development projects across 7 development phases for the project management office with a cumulative CAPEX worth over AED6B. Furthermore, EMC supported the business to improve capital activation and spend by 50% year-on-year
